SED Coach AI is an artificial intelligence-based coaching system for personal development and social skills. It is not professional therapy and does not replace medical or psychological advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share credentials with third parties.
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
Do not use the service for: illegal activities, harassing others, sharing offensive content, or attempting to hack the system.
Credits are non-refundable except as per our refund policy. Unused credits from subscriptions do not roll over to the next month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
All service content is owned by SED or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI coaching.
We may modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Colombian courts.
