We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 10% of the acquired credits.
First month: Full refund if requested within 7 days and you've used less than 10% of credits.
Subsequent months: No refunds, but you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Proportional refund within 7 days if you've used less than 10% of credits. The refund amount is calculated based on unused credits.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Mercado Pago. The refund will appear in your original payment method.
Refunds are NOT available for:
Free trial credits are not eligible for refund as they have no purchase value.
If you forget to cancel and your subscription renews, you have 24 hours to request a refund of the renewal charge, provided you haven't used any credits from the new billing period.
Before filing a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
